People who followed out recommendation are grateful that their overall health status are improved, they feel great. So, try our recommendation and thank us later.

Here is an interesting fact for you, whatever that you keep doing for 21 days or more, it becomes your habit. Got that? Who said grow taller is easy?

OK, having said the above harsh words to you, let’s start with foods to avoid shall we? Give yourself a couple of months to bring their amount of consumption under control. Remember, these foods that we recommend you to avoid, they don’t retard your growth directly but they influences largely on your tissue repair, flexibility and so on. Why are they important? Because is little details like these that makes a difference, people who are aiming to grow tall usually don’t see the big picture and ended up ignoring small but important details like these, that is why their ingenious master plan sometime fails. And so we hoped that we had convinced you enough to seriously follow our recommendation.

Foods not to eat too much …

The first group of foods we recommend you to consume the least are basically those that are over-processed and those that contain synthetic simple carbohydrates. What are simple carbohydrates? Well, they are sugars such as glucose, fructose and sucrose. Here is the list:

Overly processed Contain Simple Carbohydrates, Soft Drinks, Jam, Jelly, Gum Honey, White bread, Chocolate, Refined flour, Cake, All packaged foods Table sugar, Canned foods, Candy, Toffee, Fudge…

The second group of foods you should keep consumption at minimal are those that contain much saturated fat, for instance:

  • Coconut and coconut related food products e.g. coconut milk, coconut oil, and etc.
  • Palm oil and food products made from palm oil, such as margarines and mayonnaise.
  • Milk related products especially creams and cheeses.
  • Red meat, including beef, mutton, Lard, pork and veal.
  • Butter and animal fat.

The third group – foods and drinks to be consumed with limits.

  • Caffeine containing coffee, energy drinks, soft drinks and chocolate.
  • Trans fat, those that labeled as “partially hydrogenated”, for example, fast foods, cookies, baked food, frozen microwavable food and cakes
  • Booze, including liquors, beers and wines.

And lastly, even though it is not our job as dietitian to confront you, tobacco should be avoided at all cost.

And so, eating those 3 groups of foods mentioned above won’t make you a terrible sinner, nor you have to confess your shameful transgression after eating them, and neither your plan to grow tall will backfire, just that we recommend you not to consume them excessively, keep their amount at the minimal while you indulge yourself with.
