I used it and it did help me grow taller, but it’s still a scam, not like the kimi scam, but it’s still a scam.
3 months ago I found this product called grow taller 4 idiots and I decided to give it a try.
After all the other option which I was thinking about was a surgery.
And it was like a 200 time more expansive!
And indeed I’ve learned a lot and in five months I added to myself 2 inches, and they promised more, but yet the results were very satisfying in my opinion.
So why do I say that Grow Taller 4 idiots is a scam?
I think that Grow Taller 4 idiots is a scam because the info that they will give you is all over the net in pieces, a bit of it in this site, a bit in that, actually How To Grow Taller 101 has most of it, and I find it to be the best site in the internet about growing taller!
But yet Grow Taller 4 idiots will give some information that you won’t find in any site out there, they will tell you what to do and exactly how much of it to do and when.
Another thing that is unique only to Grow Taller 4 idiots is the videos, it’s worth the money only because of the videos there, they are extremely detailed and the guy in the video will show you exactly what to do in each exercise and how to do it without damaging your health.
But except the videos you can find most of the content which is in Grow Taller 4 idiots free on the net, in sites that teaches how to grow taller, and even those sites will recommend you Grow Taller 4 idiots because it’s a great product.

A few things that help…
I was 5’7 at 23. now I am turning 24 in a month and I am 6’0. I grew the most during last summer because I actually started using super-growth height enhancer 6 month course.
the following helped me and still help:
1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.
2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.
If it made you grow taller, then it is NOT a scam. You’re just a customer of grow taller 4 idiots who is constantly whining is all.
