How to Become Tall

It is quite depressing to find yourself not able to reach on things. It makes you feel so small, belittled, and the last thing you’ll find out is you are now covered up with low self esteem. Have you ever wished that things should have been the other way around? Have you ever wondered how it feels like to be tall?

The best intervention that you can do if you want to become a taller person is to treat your body with tender loving care while you are still growing up. When you are in your puberty years, this is where growth spurts occur. This should be the time when you apply the different measures of promoting health and growth such as proper diet, regular exercise and adequate rest/sleep. Failing to do so will lead to a stunted growth and ofcourse poor health of an individual.

Regular exercise during your adolescence or younger years will help in stimulating the release of growth hormones thus pacing up body’s growth and bone development. These growth hormones facilitate in the lengthening of the cartilages before the epiphyseal plates close. Don’t get carried away by claims of products that aim to grow your bones after you’ve hit puberty, not only will you be wasting your money and time, but you are also risking your health.

Once the plates have closed, there is no more chance for your bones to grow further. If you are an adult and seeking for that little piece of hope for you to become taller, then there are simple methods that you can do in order to make that possible. You can wear dark colored clothes all over so you’d have this slender and taller illusion of yourself. Pairing dark with pale colored clothes will only draw attention to your midline thus making you look stouter.

You can also play with pin and vertical stripes in your clothing and then choose to wear bigger shoes as they help in making you look taller. In addition to that, cutting your hair short will help you do the trick.
