Should You Use Surgery to Increase Height?

Nowadays, many people are unsatisfied with their height since its very common that tall people has a lot of advantages and opportunities compared to the short one. Due to the advancement of the technology on today’s era there are now surgery offered in ordered to increased height.

Some think that surgery is the answer of their problem and take the risk of having one. Unfortunately, this isn’t a wise decision after all. As we all know there are a lot of risks involved when you undergo a surgery. Before anything else let’s first understand that our bones stopped growing when we are already old. When we were still a baby, many of our bones consist of a substance called cartilage which is responsible for the growth. Once we get older this fuses and ossifies, by then on we already reached our maximum height and stopped growing. So don’t believe on any scam that claims to lengthen your bones. These are all lies. The only thing we can do is to undergo surgery.

However, there have been reported of countless serious complications as a result of using surgery in order to increase height. These include limb paralysis, bone twisting, bones breaking, nerve damage, and worse. In addition to this, a surgery like this is very difficult since there are only few doctors who are qualified to perform it.

After all, it’s still better to try safer alternatives than to take the risk of having surgery to increase height. Exercising is one of the most simplest but effective way of growing taller.

While it doesn’t lengthen your bones, it will help in strengthening your muscle and giving you a slender appearance making you grow taller. Wearing of dark solid t-shirt and pinstripes also helps your body grow taller. And also good posture is one of the ways to make you look taller. Attitude can also help.
